Tocsin Project Area Update

The Tocsin project area has received funding support from Indiana's State Revolving Fund (SRF) with a $2M forgivable loan that will partially fund the project.  The remaining funding will be secured by the WCRSD through municipal loans.  With this financing in place, the WCRSD will be moving forward with the project with bidding starting in October 2025.  The main construction will be in 2026 with the project completing in 2027.
